DOCUMENT ANY DOA’S - TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR PACKING SLIP(SUPPLIED IN YOUR SHIPPING BOX) AS WELL AS CLEAR PICTURES/VIDEOS OF ANYTHING THAT ARRIVES DEAD/DYING. WHEN TAKING PICTURES OF DEAD/DYING CORALS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PICTURES ARE CLEAR, CORALS ARE IN WATER, AND THAT THE PICTURES ARE TAKEN WITH WHITE AQUARIUM LIGHTS ON.

If your new NECC coral frag does not stay alive for the guarantee period we will issue you a store credit. We do not cover any shipping costs for credited livestock. Delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Furthermore:
- Email us with a clear picture or video of the deceased Coral within 3 days of delivery for coral.
- Corals NEED to have a picture or video of the DOA item submitted THE SAME DAY of arrival.
- DO NOT remove the coral from the plug for 3 days or guarantee is void.
- DO NOT discard or ship the piece back
- DO NOT refuse the shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee is void.
- Guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
- It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions.

- Temperature: 78°F - 82°F
- pH: 7.9 - 8.3
- Alkalinity: 8 - 11 dKH (2.86 - 3.89 meq/L)
- Calcium: 390 - 450 ppm
- Magnesium: 1350 - 1400 ppm
- Nitrate: 5 ppm or less
- Phosphate: 0.03 ppm or less
- Specific Gravity: 1.025
